【摘要】本文对华北地区168例慢性肾小球肾炎尿毒症病人的血型分布做了分析，经分析该组病人B型高于其它血型，作者认为慢性肾小球肾炎与血型存在着一定关系。

   【Abstract】 This text analysed 168 chronic hephritis uraemia patients’blood type in region of north China.Throngh analysis We can see rhe rate kf fall this illness blood type.The author thonks that the chronic nephritis has certain relation to the blood type.

    疾病与AB血型关系的文献报道较多，而对于慢性肾小球肾炎尿毒症与ABO血型关系的报道甚少，本文就我院1975年1月至2005年1月168例慢性肾小球肾炎尿毒症与ABO血型关系进行初步探讨，现将结果报告如下：
    材料与方法
    材料：168例慢性肾小球肾炎尿毒症 病人中男性122例，女性46例，年龄13～58岁，出生地均在华北地区，其中河北118例，山西32例，内蒙18例
